Landfills are closed and we are unable to run routes on these holidays. Pick-up days may be ahead or delayed by one day on holiday weeks. Please see homepage during holiday month for more specific schedules.
***Inclement Weather Policy – All efforts will be made to complete pickups in a timely manner when there is inclement weather, however, safety of everyone is our top priority. If for any reason we cannot get to your location due to poor road conditions, ALL garbage that you have will be picked up on your regular scheduled day once the road conditions allow us to do so. Drivers will be given the discretion as to the safety of the roads on any given day***

WHAT TIME SHOULD I PLACE MY GARBAGE AND RECYCLING CONTAINERS OUT?
Place your garbage and recycling out by 7 am on the day of your scheduled pick-up.
All garbage is hand loaded and should be bagged before being placed in containers.
WILL YOU BE CLOSED FOR HOLIDAYS?
We observe two holidays: New Year's Day and Christmas. If your service falls on the holiday, you pickup will be delayed by one day during holiday weeks.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PICK-UP IS MISSED DUE TO WEATHER/POOR ROAD CONDITIONS?
Services will resume as soon as secondary and rural road conditions allow. During times of inclement weather, please consider placing garbage at end of steep or icy driveways so that our drivers are able to access.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS AS TO WHAT I CAN PUT IN MY RECYCLING CONTAINER?
Items that are allowed at this time are plastics (water bottles), aluminum cans, tin cans, glass bottles, cardboard boxes. All items must be rinsed of food or liquids.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS AS TO WHAT I CAN PUT IN MY GARBAGE CONTAINER?
Some items not allowed in your garbage are: Construction materials, hazardous waste, medical waste, tires, batteries, paint, appliances, and yard waste.
WHAT IF I NEED AN EXTRA PICK-UP OR HAVE BULK ITEMS THAT I NEED TO GET RID OF?
